Common Questions
Make sure you've added the AFN Variant Linker app block to your product page template in the Theme Editor. The block only appears on products that belong to a link group.
Display settings are stored as shop metafields. Changes apply immediately but may require a hard refresh on the storefront (Ctrl+Shift+R) to clear the browser cache.
No. A product should only belong to one link group. Each product stores a single group reference (group_ref metafield), so adding it to another group overwrites the previous one. Only the last assigned group will display on the storefront.
Go to Settings > Subscription. You can upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Free at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
The analytics dashboard is on the home page. The Free plan shows 7-day basic stats. The Pro plan unlocks 30-day advanced analytics with device breakdown, top products, and CRO insights.
Certain themes, including Dawn, render the media gallery with a higher z-index than the product info column, which can cause tooltips to appear behind it. To resolve this, open your theme code editor, locate .product__info-wrapper (or your theme's equivalent product info container) and add a higher z-index value (e.g. z-index: 2). This ensures the info column, including the variant linker widget, stacks above the gallery.
